Before i update my phone chat features stop working but everytime i do updates it works again for about a week then it starts to send normal text messages. 
Why could this be

Is it possible your sim card is driving the change.

Which chat features are you using ?

Are you using the Samsung Messaging App  ? @leahmullin

I'm really not sure if it is my sim card ive had 5 new sim cards with my network provider with my same number as its a contact number i pay for
And im still having the same issue
