Hi @Juliocgc10 Is it a uk model? if by any chance you are using Data try wifi and ensure you have sufficient Battery (at least 50 % but better a bit higher) and reasonable storage space. if still problems as mentioned best to try Smart Switch. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-backup-my-smartphone-to-my-pc-or-mac/
