Sound Issue with Samsung S20

Every once and awhile I no longer hear notifications from my Samsung s20. I will get a text and or phone call and the phone works great. Then another phone call with come is and it is as if the sound was turned right down. Requires me to reboot the phone to correct the issue. Some time I have to reboot into safe mode the reboot normally and problem is solved. Phone is less that a year old. Anyone else having this issue?

My brother has a Samsung S20 and he is using it without any problem.

I have a S9, and wife has had an A5 and now an A53 and never has this problem. Its happening enough times to make me wonder about changing phones. Unfortunately I really love the S20phone. I'm guessing my issue is isolated to me...wondering if it is other apps causing what might be a programmer error or conflict.
