Smart switch not working in windows 10

I have always used smart switch on my laptop to backup my phone for the Samsung s20. Now the program will not open up and says their is a problem with it. I have taken it off and put it back on , it works on my other computer which has Windows 10 .

Hi, try to download the newest version and install it on your computer. If it does not work, try to connect the support team.
