Show taps and touches

Doe anyone know how to turn this off, I went into setting and tried that way and even in developer mode and still these bloody taps are on, only started today which is weird

Go to developer mode and scroll down to the imput section and turn show taps off

Does turning Developer mode off do anything?

Nothing, its turned off but I'm still seeing the circles when touching screen🤷🏻‍♂️

Go into settings
Goto advanced
Screenshots and screen recorder
At the bottom You will see show taps and touches
Turn that off
