Secure folder permissions

I've been attempting to open Word docs in my "Secure folder " but am getting requests to set "permissions ". All possible permissions are set. 

Please advise

Try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should resolve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition S20 FE' and you should find what you are looking for 🙂. Hope this helps! 😎

Thank you LiquidSnake, I have wiped the cache in the app, because the method of pressing both keys does not do what you describe. I still have the same issue
