Samsung S20 unableto connect over usb to transfer files

Hi, I have a Samsung S20 5G, on Android 12, and unable to connect to any PC/laptop I own over USB.

I have enabled Developer Options and tried flicking between the default USB options but am having no luck. The phone chimes at connection to indicate it is charging, but there is no indication on my PC that it's connecting for data transfer.

Any ideas ?

Does the laptop even detect the Phone?

Unfortunately it doesn't. Yet I have a number of other Samsung devices that are being detected without issue, i.e. Galaxy S21, Galaxy S9, etc.
