S20 ultra sim menager is frozen

I have android 13. I did have only a esim after a while (about 1 month) the esim card is stop working. I didnt have a sim slot that time. I was doint a restore reset but I can see a esim number but it is frozen when I start a menager. I cant remove e sim card. At least I ordered new sim slot and new sim card and mobil see the ordinarie sim but stop working after a while. And still menager is frozen and I cant do anything change. (Did restore reset several time, with sim card inside as well).

What is wrong? Why is my sim menager frozen? Why I still see my old esim card number after restore?

Try to eject a physical Sim card and try to open Sim card manager. If it fixed. Maybe your Sim card Data is corrupted and makes the System Confusing. This is not Samsungs fault. This is A general Android Problem. Even Regular Android OS Behaves the same. I have One Wiko Phone that also sometimes refuses to open the Sim card manager. I suggest you to try to restart your phone. Or try to factory reset your phone settings. If the problem still shows. You may contact your Sim card Provider (or ESiM). Or just call Samsung. Or just wait 1 or 2 months till Samsung released a new update.
