S20 NFC greyed out, displyed as light blue but not working

My NFC  is not working!!!!

I have tried

1. Cleared nfc cache and memory

2. Reset all settings

3. Opened in safe mod and had same issue,  but sometimes allows me to close it,  but doesn't resolve the issue. 

4. I used Samsung members app for diagnose,  and it came up with nfc works as standard, nothing faulty.

So i assume there might be a bug somewhere. Or 2 apps which calls for nfc...i just don't know. 

How can i solve it? Nfc is used everywhere and i am out of the game.... samsung please help...

Same issue here, had it for quite a while. Is this seriously a hardware issue? Having to replace my phone for this seems ridiculous, but I really need the functionality for a government registration which requires me to scan my passport with nfc

Did you get this solved? I recently did a software update, same day my NFC stopped working. It is greyed out in the menu. Has been now for over a month. Had 2 more security updates but no change.

Exactly the same issue on my Samsung S20. Tried every available tips incl hard reset - nothing helps. Blame Sansung support which keeps silent and still did not reply/post solution or conclusion for it
