I have read a lot of forums but am not seeing exactly the issue I am having.
I have the following phone and versions
Galaxy S20 FE 5G - UI version 5.1 - Android version 13
Call about info:
version 14.7.09
Call version 14.5.00.50
You can see that the voicemail settings are set to what I want, but they don't work and b/c the 'allow notifications' toggle is greyed out, I can't toggle the setting off and on to see if that fixes the problem. i did recieve voicemail notifications in the past, but have not for about a year.
i did install youmail for a period of time to get notifications from a different method, and that worked for a little while but has stopped working as well.
anyone know how to re-enable management of this setting or other tricks to get the notirciations back. also open to 3rd party apps at this point.

i found the setting, but when i open up "sumplementary settings" i get this
if i click ok and then click call forwarding, i get the same thing
my sim works for calls texts, etc. not sure what else to check
i can click the individual settings, but there is no "on or off" it just gives me a dialog to enter a number in to forward to
