s20 lock screen freezing

hi.. my s20 is freezing when I'm on the lock screen ...& it's happening again & again after 2 to 3 hours need a solution. & anyone can explain to me why it's happening.

@galaxy s20  Hello, check that you do not have pending updates for both the system and apps.
Go to Settings/Lock screen, under all About lock screen/ibutton, and in the app options Always on display/Storage-clear cache and data.
Also check the behavior of the device in Safe Mode, to rule out third-party apps. Greetings.
