Have started to get "low temperature" warning when trying to charge on wireless pad - wireless charging no longer works but handset is normal ambient temperature, neither cold nor overheating! Can't find any info on this on Samsung product help guides. Has anybody else come across this before and is there a fix that I'm missing? Handset works perfectly with wired charging cable. Thanks

Sometimes old charger or different make but different make can cause heating problems problems

Phone can be trying to pull too much power and the charger can not take it so your phone will heat up

Would they also cause a low temperature issue? (phone feels like normal temp to touch!). Was working OK before.
