Recent firmware has phone restarting randomly and freezing

Has any other s20fe owners had their device randomly freezing or shutting down/rebooting. I have also noticed the device is warner than normal.

I am having this random shut down issue aswell on my s21+ running One UI version 5.1 and android 13.

Have a Samsung S20 FE and since it's updated, it's constantly crashing and restarting. When I'm on apps, when I'm on a call etc I've tried everything and it just keeps happening! So angry that you pay for a contract and the phone is now pretty much useless as every minute or 2 it turns it's self off! 😡

Possibly take it to the Samsung store or contact them via chat.

I've been in touch with Samsung, downloaded smart tutor for them to access my phone, but still keeps crashing, freezing, throwing me out and turning its self off. It happens if I'm in apps, on Google and during calls. Getting so fed up as only had the phone 6 months and it's on contract....
