4G doesn't work after last update

Anyone else can't access 4G after the last update? It's for my galaxy s20FE

Hi there I have the Samsung s20 ultra and I don't have any problems with 4g from the last update

Hi I have the S21fe and my 4g is still working there was a problem for a day or two over signal but it rectified itself.

Hello @Artiom Ivashinnikov  

Can you check in Settings,  Connections, Mobile Networks and see if 4G is still chosen.

If it is then if your not getting a 4G connection anywhere you visit then go into Settings , General Management, Reset and Reset Network connection. 

If that does not help then as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and if possible another sim in your phone and see what happens.

You also have a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.

Have a word with your network customer service to check your account is set upcorrectly.for 4G.
