Privacy screen and fingerprint scanning

Hi, I have the Galaxy S20 and want to use a privacy screen. I bought one online but it won't recognise the fingerprint scanner when I try and unlock my phone. Is there a legit privacy screen out there that will allow me to use the fingerprint scanner accurately? Thanks for any help.

Could try re scanning your finger prints first and see if that helps Also try turning on Touch Sensitivity - in Settings - Display- scroll down and should see option to turn it on

I've just got the s21 and the fingerprint scanner won't work with the armor case I had the s10 before this and I had to get ones with a pad were the fingerprint scanner was thinking it could be the same with the s21
