Phone keeps randomly ringing with no way to answer

Since that new update 4.1 my S20FE keep randomly going off with no way to turn it off , can anyone help here ?

What's displayed when it's ringing?
There's not another phone that's having its calls forwarded to your phone I take it.
I take it you have turned off the phone and waited a couple of minutes and turned it back on.
You can try going into settings.
Then into Apps, and scroll down the list to phone.
If you select that and at the bottom tap on clear cashe.
Try this.
Alternatively you can try clearing the Partition Cache on the phone and see.

@chigzie: If you open the Phone app and tap on the Recents tab, are any missed calls listed here? If not, next time the issue occurs, head to Settings > Notifications > Recently Sent, and check to see if any apps are listed that correspond with the ringing sound.

Thank I'll try that it's just the lock screen or apps selection screen or whatever I'm doing it just starts ringing
