Why on earth isn't this shown in my S20 Ultra settings?
This screenshot is taken on my A53 5G. My S20 Ultra is up to date with its software but it's not there! Is it because Samsung doesn't want me to run a camera diagnostic test on the Ultra because it will me tell me the camera is not right? Thanks to a software update a couple of times back!

Do you have the Samsung members app on deep sleep mode? That's probably why

Just for information, I've run the test and it shows as a rear camera fault. I've sent the requested software and files info to Samsung as instructed,and I'm now awaiting a response.

Thanks again for that, I hope Samsung come up with a solution to the problem. I've looked up close at the lenses and can't see any scratches. My S20U is kept in a case and looks pretty much in mint condition. I purchased the phone brand new at the time.

Hi, contact Samsung customer service for a repair date to repair the camera. Hopefully, they can repair it at your house.

Thank you I will do as soon as possible. It's not too much of a trek to drop it off at my nearest Samsung service centre. Which would be the Manchester Trafford Centre. It's about 50 miles away from base.

Will do, it'll probably be a while till I take it in. In the meantime I'm genuinely impressed with my A53 5G 👍🏻
