Not being heard on calls

My bf has a galaxy s20fe too. He has recently got a new car & since then, when I call him thro the car I'm not able to hear him but he can hear me most of the time. He then calls me back & i can hear him fine. He has had other calls in from a landline & mobile & was able to hear them. I have made a call to a landline & mobile too & all fine! Any ideas?

What is the car? The first thing for him to do is probably delete the car and the phone from the car and re pair it up again. This may or may not help but worth a try

Thank u, we will gibe that a try. It is baffling us as he is able to hear other incoming calls.
