My s20 is burning my fingers

Whether I have a cover or not, my phone is burning my fingers. I have read about changing colour from vivids to neutral but can't see where to do it. Same with references to changing the hertz. This is worse when I play simcity but it should not be happening at all. Not with a phone this expensive.

No you're right it shouldn't. Please get it checked out at your nearest Samsung Experience store

I've had the same issue when I first bought my s20 but now it works perfectly cool. It seems to me that this issue goes away on its own as when you first buy a phone, the phone tries to learn your patterns and optimises itself for your use. The good news is that it will eventually stop, the bad news is that who knows when tbh
