My phone keeps freezing and I have to restart using side buttons

Hello please how did you solve the too hot, freezing and restarting Samsung galaxy s20+ issue?

Back up everything first, then clear cache on all apps then reset (turn off) phone leave for 10mins the turn on, check for any updates, app update etc this fix my S20fe over a few days. No further issues so far.
