My downloaded home screen apps used to work but don't work

So cannot use any of my download apps for homescreen or lock screen.

I used to be able to.

All downloaded with latest version 

Please help

Did you update to the new version and this happened? If that's the case you can just restart it something similar also happened to me in the past
