Monthly software update

I'm using samsung s20 (SCG01)Kdi

• after August 2023 i didn't recive no monthly update on this device
• 

   

But other country's S20  got update every single month

S20 would only be elegible for  security updates in 2023 ,was one in November  and not Android 14.
