How to get rid of secure folder locked notification permanently?

After the August update, when I reboot my phone, it shows a persistent notification "Secure Folder locked" under Android system section...the only way to make it go is to unlock my secure folder.

I don't want to uninstall Secure Folder, just looking for an one time solution to get rid of that pesky notification. TIA

1: apps on the device should NEVER be running unless I give them explicit permission to do so.

2: apps in the secure folder should NEVER run if the folder is locked

3: if I wanted notifications from an app in the secure folder, I would unlock the folder.

4: this is a blatant security violation that is by design so the people have a "security blanket" while Google and Samsung still have access to everything in it.
