Gallery App

Hi. Is anyone else having issues with the gallery app? I took about 30 pics the weekend and only 6 are showing in the app, either in pictures or the camera album. Can't see any settings to change this. No other phone has done this. Any ideas?

I've had the same problem but pictures say Corrupted and also some videos

and if you go to file manager 'My Files' Internal storage->DCIM->Camera , can you see the pics there?
of course assuming you use the UI camera app and nothing else to take the pics
