Galaxy S21 Ultra refuses to do anything else than charging when I plug in USB in a Windows 10 computer

I´ve got a Galaxy S21 Ultra that I can´t do anything with when I attach it to a computer, I never ever get the question if I want to transfer any files it just charges.

I even tried in the Developer mode to choose file transfer as the preferd mode but still it just charge 😞

I´ve tried a number of cables but it doesn´t matter.

Anyone have any good ideas because I am running out of them. Perhaps I should turn back to my Huawei P30 Pro again because then it works like a charm.

On the quick start
Pull down devices
Do you see computer desktop

Click on the
Open action centre
Click on connect
See if finds your phone

Hi I know this sounds silly, try turning around the USB-c in the phone, it might be upside down, I know I know, please give it a try first.

Install dex on your laptop and connect your s21 to it. Does it access dex?

I am facing issue when I try to charge my Samsung device on my laptop it starts giving current back to laptop how's that possible?
