I am having issues changing the camera quality on my Samsung S20, how do I change it to 4k?

@harrison1292: If you open the Camera app and tap on/swipe over to Video, you will find all resolution and frame rate options in the top right, next to the ratio settings. For 4K, select UHD 60.
