Have you fully set up your fingerprint(s) in your Biometrics ?
If so then go into your Samsung Pass [ pull down from the top of your phone and key in Samsung Pass ] , tap on Samsung Pass and look down the available list and tap on the one(s) your experiencing issues with to ensure the right password and other details is there.
If necessary delete the entry fully to reset Samsung Pass back up for that particular app or website.
