Faulty Camera

Please help,, my camera keeps going black when zooming in, I change the ratio and some times there's no picture at all,, when the image does come back it crashes and flashes with green lines and fuzziness.  Does this on my snap chat aswell

Try clearing cache in the camera app. Settings, apps, camera, storage, clear cache

Try Get Help in the members app and test the camera. Please let us know what happens. Is the phone under warranty?

Try taking it to a phone shop, if the above don't work. They will easily fix this issue for you!
