Cant find how to load Samsung Pay+

I have loaded Samsung Pay on my S20+ and this works fine.  But I want to lad unsupported credit cards aswell.  I know Samsung Pay+ (in association with Curve) will allow me to do this but how do I load/apply for Samsung Pay+.  The basic help screen says to just click on the Banner for Samsung Pay+ whilst in Samsung Pay (now wallet) but there is no banner on my screens!

If I try to go at this by applying for a Curve Account first it seems I have to pay but I thought via Samsung Pay+ this was free?

@Nontechmile: To access the Samsung Pay+ set up menu via Samsung Wallet, you will need to swipe left on the Quick access screen, and click on the banner. For further information, please refer to the guide in the link below.

I knoe what you mean but swiping left does nothing once I get to my last Samsung pay registered card. I tried the same thing on my other Samsung phone and that seemed to work except at the end of the process I have a Curve card showing and not the expected Samsung Pay+ card. Is this right??

I think the problem with the original phone may be due to it being a USA variant - do you think there is way round this?
