How do I disable auto screen turn off on my s20 (3.1)

should be in settings and display, its wear usually is on most devices.

settings>display>auto screen timeout>select time

could also pull down from main screen to get options tabs and select 'always on display'

@DylGMD: Screen Timeout can't be disabled completely, however there are some workarounds to keep the screen active while the phone is in use. 

Settings > Lock Screen > Smart Lock > Set a trusted location or device to keep the phone unlocked under certain circumstances

Settings > Advanced Features > Motions and Gestures > Keep Screen On while Viewing (this may be called Smart Stay)
