When I unplug my Samsung after charge, it switches on, so I have to stop it

@cyber: If your Galaxy S20 is locked or idle while it's connected to your charger, then the screen will turn on when the charger is disconnected. This is normal behaviour, and you can either tap the Side Key to turn the screen back off, or allow the screen to timeout following your designated period of inactivity.

Or double tap on the screen.

Yes, that's what I wrote. It's a software design flaw to be corrected

@cyber: Please be assured that this feature is not a flaw. While I appreciate that you may not prefer for the screen to power on when the charger is disconnected, this has always been a standard feature of our mobile devices.

It may be a standard feature but still a software design flaw to be corrected IMO and I'm sure I'm not the only one

Some people lack a critical mind. They just accept 'standard features' without ever imagining and proposing improvements.
Wouldn't you be pleased not to have to stop your phone each time you unplug it?

As @AndrewL explained. It's just part of the software. I think all my non Samsung phones do this I have.
You can always go into the support section on the Samsung Members App and leave feedback in there with your suggestion.
This will be the best place to ask for something that developers would see.

Not really a software design flaw because the phone is still locked

Not really as when it's unplugged then the brief screen activation allows me to: 1- check it's actually charged as if the screen stayed off / black then what's to say it never charged and no power in it. 2 - See any silent notifications that have arrived whilst it was charging. 3 - Screen turns itself back off within seconds. 4 - it's a visual and audible notification so meets accessibility needs.
Not a design flaw at all.

No need to activate the screen to see the state of the battery and the notifications. My black screen indicates time, date, notifications and battery charge
