Smart Lock not working.

Hi, I have a S10 lite, and set the smart lock to work with either trusted devices, or location.
However, when within the trusted location, or near the trusted devices, I still have to use my fingerprint to unlock the phone.
Any ideas what's going wrong ?

@Ronata28: For trusted locations, please ensure that Location is enabled on your S10 Lite by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom, and select 'Location' from the Quick Panel. Trusted devices require a Bluetooth connection, so you'll need to make sure that the phone and device are connected, and stay within Bluetooth range in order for the phone to remain unlocked.
