Easiest way to sort that is do a backup of your phone first. Do a full factory reset and when you have signed in to the samsung account and its all updated. Only restore from backup the necessary files and data. Not the app data or other non essential parts. I mean the contacts,sms pictures etc. This will remove all the accumulated data to give the update a clean fresh start to work from. If it doesn't work then you have a valid complaint with samsung.
