Hi I have just bought a new S10 Plus with a genuine Samsung LED Cover and have a few problems.
The phone is not recognising the cover so there is no accessories menu in the advanced features or anywhere else. The LED display on the cover is not working and there is not LED editor as there is no accessories menu. The auto lock/unlock does not work when the cover is closed and unless you double tap putting the phone to sleep before closing the cover the cover is activating applications.
I posted a query yesterday about the missing accessories menu and now cannot find the post, even after searching so apologies if I have for double posted the problem.
