My galaxy s10 is horrendously slow on WiFi and mobile data. Can anyone help.  I'm not phone savvy

Have you tried resetting your router? On a computer try http://192.168.0.1 that should bring your router admin controls up. Then (if you use the password usually found on a sticker in it), you check just how many items are connected to it, you will be able to speed it up by turning un-needed devices off. You will be surprised how many are on your network. Then reboot it

I've tried everything. It's only my s10 that suffers. And on mobile data too.

go into galaxy store and download galaxy labs, and do the optimization of all your apps, and you will be amazed at how much this speeds up your system

What case are you using, it could be interfering with your phones antenna
