You can't move items into a secure folder without it being initialised and passcode / fingerprint entered to access it. - if you've a secure folder enabled then have a look and see if they are within a folder in there. - could you have moved them to another folder on your handset?
Thank you for your reply - I have looked in the newly created secure folder, trash, hidden files etc and cannot find anywhere. No idea where they have gone.
