I did not receive android 12 update

i have a galaxy s10 (SM-G973F /DS) and till today i'm not able to update to the android 12 

whenever i try to do it manually it says that my software is uptodate

Seems like that's the latest update then... It's probably not available just yet for that specific model of s10 (sometimes there's different versions of the same device for different contries.)

Your phone should give you a message when android 12 is available for the device.

Hi guys I also have issue as the same as youngster.  I haven't received android 12 version on my s10 plus till now and I bought the phone in nigeria. And I'm unsure if they release the update to Nigerians
