Hi!
I've a Galaxy s10.
Was messing about with new themes/wallpapers, decided I preferred the default and switched back. Since then the home screen has frozen. To begin with had 2 home screen images one on top of the other; found I could swipe to the other, newer one, which worked. Then this stopped working and screen is completely frozen along with the apps. Can access settings and apps although some seem to have lost data, eg phone numbers, although haven't knowingly deleted anything of this kind.
Have done: restart; forced reboot; tried safe mode (that didn't happen) reset all settings and delete system cache. have read that if 'safe mode' doesn't happen then its probably an app but obviously can't delete themes as they're preinstalled Really don't want to do a factory reset! Anyone ideas? Kathy

Perhaps let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on with the phone @Kathy_107_

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
