Hi I am unable to change the DOB on my Samsung account. It doesnt allow me the option of updating my personal info. Does anyone else have this problem?
Please help!

Thank you for your response Steve. However its still wont allow me the option of changing my DOB. I signed out of my account and back in and tried to edit the details but no luck. I can change most of the other info there, but the heading of the DOB info is faded as opposed to the bold headings of the other info
