Hello, I had a S8 for a while and just got a S10 from a friend and after setting it, I had quite a surprise. The notification volume is so loud, even on the lowest setting possible! It's so loud that I startle everytime there is a notification. I tried to install the Samsung Sound Assistant, but it seems to have worked only for the in-app volume (e.g. I now have to turn up the volume for videos on Facebook). The problem also applies to the cell ringtone, it's way too loud at the minimum threshold available. I need to have the possibility to set the notification sounds and the ringtone to barely audible.
Please I hope you have a solution for me! I like the new phone, but I'm considering going back to my old phone juste because of this!
