Galaxy S10 makes notification sound when it vibrates

Recently my galaxy s10 has started making notification noises on top of the vibration pattern when I get a notification in vibrate mode. I hadn't changed any settings or updated the software, and I've attempted to turn off notification and system sounds to no end.

I'd like to second this.
For me, it seems the media volume is what determines the notification sound. Which is of course not how it should be
