Bluetooth

Hi, bought a juice jumbo marshmallow Bluetooth speaker, but no matter what I try I can not get it to pair with my Galaxy s10,  it does not show on my phone. Is there a fix I can try apart from the obvious ones of :- switch phone off/ clear cache/ make sure no other Bluetooth devices on. 

Any solution greatly received. Thank you. J

@Juicyjue: Have you tried connecting the speaker to another compatible device to see if the issue persists? The Juice Jumbo Marshmallow is Bluetooth 4.1 enabled, so should be compatible with the S10 (which features Bluetooth 5.0). Although I appreciate that you have tried the basic troubleshooting steps, what happens when you power on the speaker, then head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On? Does the LED on the speaker flash blue to show that it is attempting to pair?

Hi,
Make sure both devices are on
Remove any devices on Bluetooth
Restart phone
When phone loaded
On phone hold down Bluetooth icon
And check if scans for devices
