When I touch and hold the touch panel on my WH-1000XM4 while the phone is locked, the headphones make a sound and google assistant opens and offers to call by using duo, but when I specify that it should use a dialer, it requires to unlock the phone. So I figured that maybe Samsung wants me to use Bixby, so I set up Bixby and hold the touch panel on my headset. The headset makes a sound, but Bixby doesn't show up at all. It only shows up when I hold the lock button.
I've already turned on use while phone locked and that doesn't help. it still only shows up when I hold the lock button on the lockscreen, holding the touch panel doesn't make it show up while it makes the Google Assistant show up.
