Personally I wish I could roll back to Android 11. I'd be grateful you don't have it at the moment.

You've got to be patient.
Its rolling out to phones and takes time.
Newest phones first.
Going through a carrier will take a bit longer but you should get it soon. Just keep checking

Take it up with EE. If your phone is bought and locked to EE, they control the push of updates to your phone. As my S20+ is bought unlocked, it gets the update straight from Samsung. Already using Android 12 on my S20+
