S Pen half moon screen display

Hi, please I have just bought a note 9 but one of the features that lured me to this great phone seems to be eluding me. On pulling out the S Pen from its slut instead of seeing an arch style of apps I'm confronted with a list of features in a horizontal format, can someone please save me from my misery because I wouldn't want my love for this great phone like a flash.

I'm pretty sure that rotating menu was removed in One UI 2.0 but I'm not 100%

The menu changed to a straight line, but now you can install an app called "wanderpen" (in goodlock) or something like that, so you can perzonalize the menu.
