Regarding the performance issues, please tap the Recent Apps button in the Navigation Bar, and close any apps when not in use. Now, go to Settings > Device Care > Memory, and hit 'Clean Now' to see if this helps, then press the Volume Down and Power keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. Do you notice an improvement to the phones performance following these steps?
