Hi @nina160177, I recommend performing a diagnostic check via the Members app to check your phone's Wi-Fi function. You can do this by heading to the Members app > Support > Select 'View tests' underneath the Diagnostics heading > Wi-Fi.
@nina160177 Thanks for giving that a try, are you able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks or are you just experiencing issues with your home network?
If you're able to access another network, I recommend testing your phone with it to see if you experience the same issue, this will help rule out whether the problem lies with your phone or your home network. Are other devices in your home able to connect to your Wi-Fi network without issue?
