My note 9 doesn't receive any update from 01/08/2019. It still with Android 9.0

I am very disappointed.

Do you see the highlighted codes on you screenshot ? That says the phone has firmware for Philippines region installed

Do you have any friends that are ? All you'd need would be a PC with a software called ODIN and a firmware file you have to download
