I lost connection of my mobite network. my ApN is notshowing my network provider

I switch my data icon ,and have to select my provider manually. But its still not showing which company I have my contract with on the setting.

I also can not find my phone visibility icon, iam so sure I used to have it. I can not find it in my setting either. I can not connect to my data when I'm out ans about, and I'm have unlimited contract

yes. my friend has note 8, and she has the data on her phone connected, (we have the same provider) her apn showing the provider, but not on my Note 9

easiest way to fix this is to ring your network customer service up to send a SMS with the network settings... you can then save and activate them.

you can also maybe Google them to manually input or even have them sent to you.
