How to add smart TV to my Samsung account?

I am new at this. I need to know how to add smart TV and how do I use the code that on the TV. I'm on step 3 in the setup.

More details of what you actually mean. Are you wanting to log in to your Samsung account on your TV? or are you wanting your phone to project to your TV? what are you trying to add smart TV to?
